Food I made.

This traditional Albanian soup has become one of my favorites, even though it does not have any garlic in it! It is warm and filling while still being tasty.

Best tomato soup I have ever made. My kids love it, my husband loves it, it is creamy and flavorful while still being easy to make. It does not taste like there is too much tomato.
This one pan dump dish is absolutely delicious, it is one of my favorite meals that my husband makes.

This delicious soup, has potatoes, leek, garlic, and Kos. We make a large pot, about 2 kg (~4lbs) and our kids eat the majority of it with no leftovers. I enjoy it with a piece of bread that has happy cow cheese on it.
This chicken is flavorful and has a hint of curry aftertaste. It is absolutely delicious, and when we have parties, there is not any left. I enjoy it by itself but LOVE it with peanut butter sauce.
Timmy describes this as a protein packed heaven. It is creamy and still has some crunchy peanuts in it. It is best served warm, and I will be honest, I dip way more than chicken into it.
Food someone else made

This breakfast item was delicious. It was scrambled eggs, smooshed avocado, smoked salmon, topped with cream cheese. My husband was very upset because our son ate the majority of it, and he said that he did not get enough as it was so yummy.

This was not what I expected. It was a red base, with arugula, tomatoes, red onions, corn, fresh mozerella, shredded cheese, balsamic vinegar

Potato gnocci in a meat tomato sauce. The gnocci is soft and soaking in that meat sauce. It is absolutely delicious, and it is what we order in for date nights.

This salad was nice and fresh, and I enjoy eating it with the Gnocci Ragu. This is arugula, lettuce, red cabbage, avocado, chicken, cheese, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.

The meats are grilled over an open flame; the kids eat all of the sausage so if you want one you have to snag it quick. The ham is my favorite; the ribs are on a bone. They are pork ribs.

Asparagus risotto. Asparagus here tastes stronger and more earthy.

B wanted a Margherita (cheese) pizza. He can eat nearly the whole pizza by himself. He ate everything but 2 slices! This place was very nice, was one of the more expensive restaurants. The pizza itself cost $5.

This is pumpkin and shrimp noodles. I did not try it, and timmy could only eat around the whole shrimps. He said that the eyes were looking at him and he could not eat them. He said that the pumpkin complimented the pasta and shrimp really well.

E wanted noodles. I am not really sure what the sauce was. But it had panchetta fried in it and the sauce was really creamy.

For E birthday, a friend we made took us to a special cake shop. We got some little desserts, some cupcakes, and this massive cake. All cakes here are soaked in some sugar syrup. And it had a fruit filling in between the two cake layers. We spent about $3 on the cake.

We think this was a red velvet. We found the little desserts store near the docks. The kids wanted ice cream. This is what timmy got. I did not like what I got. And like the gentleman he is, Timmy traded with me. (Its cream cheese filling and he can have very little dairy as well)

We are still unsure what this is. The bottom layer is a shredded coconut. The top layer is a vanilla maple cream. We have not experienced anything similar to this before, however, it is everywhere here.

When we were celebrating Easter birthday we found an "American dessert" place. Was one of the only places I have found waffles. This *was* a bubble waffle with mixed bery jam. They did not have syrup or honey. But as you can tell, it did not matter. The kids ate their ice cream then turned on the waffle Timmy and I were sharing.

This tasted like Christmas! It was a rice dessert made with cinnamon, clove and ginger. It also had raisins and other fruit bits in it like a fruitcake. It was really good. Timmy and the kids ate the berries on top.

Krem karamel aka caramel flan. It was warm and gooey. It tasted so good. E got these berries and B got other ones. Then J took Timmy's.

This tasted just like chocolate lava cake that you think of. E and B split it between themselves.
